Sustainability

Elevating People

Every achievement starts with people. Empowering people to learn, lead, and thrive drives meaningful progress, lasting growth, and shared prosperity.

Our commitment

Sustainable growth comes from people, knowledge, empowerment, wellbeing and the communities we are part of.

Sustainable success begins with people. Guided by Spreading Happiness, the group invests in learning, wellbeing, inclusiveness, leadership, and opportunities for growth, creating an environment where people can develop their skills and flourish over the long term.

That responsibility extends beyond the workplace. Through education, volunteering, and community partnerships, the group supports the places where it operates.

2,000 people worldwide across the group, with progress measured year by year.
